Butte County Search & Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping lost and/or injured persons. The team is funded exclusively by donations, fund raisers, and grants. The funds are used to maintain equipment and train personnel to perform search and rescue functions.
