The team recently completed a combined training that included our air and marine units. This is one of the most anticipated trainings of the year because it includes the Ten and Ten Exercise. The Ten and Ten involves deploying rescuers from the skids of a helicopter directly into water, and this occurs ten feet above the water while traveling approximately 10 knots.
