The 2nd Annual Butte County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Gala, benefiting Operation Rescue Ready, was truly a night to remember. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful program and generous contributions, every detail reflected the Rotary Club of Paradise’s commitment to community service and public safety.
Operation Rescue Ready represents an important step forward for our team. As Butte County continues to grow and the demand for search and rescue services increases, the need for a permanent headquarters has become essential. Funds raised during the gala will help us secure property and construct a new building that will serve as a central hub for training, equipment storage, and operational readiness. This facility will strengthen our ability to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies, ultimately benefiting the entire community.
Beyond the fundraising success, the evening was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and a shared sense of purpose. We were inspired by the generosity of attendees, sponsors, and volunteers who made the event possible.
