helicopter and golf course

What is a helicopter ball drop?

Golf balls will be dropped from the Butte County Sheriff’s Office helicopter over a flag after the Proud to Give Golf Tournament. The owners of balls closest to the flag will win one of our fabulous prizes. Win or lose, your funds will help support our team!

How do I participate?

Tickets are now available for purchase at Father Time, Downtown Chico in the Garden Walk.

Can we come watch?

Yep, the public is encouraged to come watch and participate. The ball drop will take place at 5 pm on September 23rd, 2024 at Canyon Oaks Country Club. See you there.
